Donald Judd at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art
The recently inaugurated "Donald Judd: Specific Furniture" exhibition at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) features a selection of furniture designed by the artist throughout his career.

Made of different materials such as brass, copper, aluminium or wood, Judd designed this furniture with the premises of simplicity and functionality, as he always believed that these should be the main characteristics of architecture and furniture. The exhibition includes numerous Judd's sketches of the furniture as well as part of the original furniture collection of great 20th century designers who were part of the artist's personal collection and inspired his creations.
